If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, it’ll be processed within 6-12 business days after I confirm the issue. No stress, I got you. 💀
Shopping Information
1. How long does shipping take?
Depends on where you are. Most orders take around 7-15 business days, but if you’re in a super remote area, it might take a little longer. Tracking info will be sent to your email once it ships.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, unless you live in the middle of the ocean. If shipping isn’t available for your location at checkout, DM me, and I’ll see what I can do.
3. I didn’t get my confirmation email, where is it?
Check your spam folder—it likes to hide there. If you still don’t see it, send me an email at hello@mrfurem.com, and I’ll hook you up.
Products & Quality
1. What kind of prints do you use?
All posters are high-quality, museum-grade prints. The details hit different. No cheap stuff here.
2. What brand are your shirts?
I use Gildan 6400 and similar premium tees—I don’t do scratchy, stiff shirts. Check the size guide before ordering.
3. Are the colors exactly like what I see on my screen?
I try my best, but colors may slightly vary depending on your screen settings and print variations.
Returns & Refunds
1. Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?
Nope. Everything is printed on demand, so there’s no stock lying around. Make sure to check the size guide before ordering.
2. What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
That’s on me. If your order has a defect, misprint, or got beat up in transit, I’ll replace it—free of charge. Just email me within 30 days with photos at hello@mrfurem.com.
3. My package was marked as delivered, but I never got it.
Happens sometimes. Check with your neighbors, building reception, or local post office. If it’s still missing, email me, and we’ll figure something out.
